Writing Contest Guidelines

In 600 words or less write a piece of fiction that explores the themes of comfort and discomfort with anonymity. Look at modern anxieties with identity, as well as the benefits of adopting new or hidden personas.

Characters

The story must have at least 3 characters. They can be of any / no gender, they do not have to be human.

Setting

The story but be set on a moving vehicle, platform, apparatus of some kind, either in part or whole.

Due Date

The short list is due on the 20th of March. The short list will run for a week with a winner announced on the 27th of March 2015.

Special Requirements

See to it that there is a tragic death in there somewhere. It doesn’t have to be the main driving force of the story, it does not have to happen in the plot, just find a way to include it.

Good Luck!
